New lunchtime classes at Exchange flags and new metafit class at Tempest, Tithebarn Street
We are so excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with yet another incredible city space, Exchange Flags. From today (11th May) Horton House and Walker House will be host to two weekly Yin Yan classes. Our hugely popular meditation class with Paul will be relocating from Tempest building, and will be instead make its home in our new, more peaceful location on Exchange Flags. There will also be a Tuesday lunchtime yoga class with Emma, which is also 45 minutes.
Now that meditation has moved from Tempest, there will also be another new class on our weekly schedule – 30 minute METAFIT™ class, every Wednesday at 12.15pm – get ready to sweat with Jane!
This hopefully will attract a number of new clients who won’t have to leave their office building, to find one of the city’s most popular and celebrated wellbeing company’s. It also allows companies looking to provide a proven wellbeing benefit to their staff, on the office doorstep, without them being late back from lunch.
Exchange Flags will be our 6th location in Liverpool, joining The Port of Liverpool Building, 20 Chapel St, Exchange Station, Liverpool innovation Park & Tempest Building (Tithebarn St) on our continued journey of transforming vacant commercial spaces into thriving wellbeing hubs that are convenient yet hugely beneficial, not only for participants of the classes, but for the landlords and surrounding businesses too. Wellbeing and happiness of working people should be a priority for all, not just an optional extra for a select few.
According to a recent study in America, almost nine out of ten (89%) employee respondents believe that taking part in workplace wellness programmes improve their overall wellbeing and happiness. (http://www.employeebenefits.co.uk/89-say-wellness-programmes-boost-happiness-and-wellbeing/)
