You can access 1 Old Hall Street classes online – if you have an office there email [email protected] and we’ll send you a link, or follow the link sent to you via your landlord/employer…then roll out your mat (or a comfy rug or blanket) connect to the net and click to join your session 5-10 mins before the start time (it’s hosted via Zoom but you don’t need an account, you can use a laptop, PC, tablet or even phone – it’s dead easy and VERY good to use we promise)…we can’t wait to see you!

- Yoga, Tuesday 12.05pm (45 mins) – energise your whole day and feel fantastic – no afternoon-slump for you! There will be a short warm up followed by a series of guided postures (clear and full instructions will be provided for all levels) that will work your whole body and leave you feeling refreshed & relaxed after a short relaxation.
- Pilates, Wednesday 12.10pm (45 mins) – Learn how to use controlled, flowing exercises & breathe awareness to develop a strong core, good posture & spine/joint alignment. You’ll be encouraged to workout as hard or as gently as you feel is appropriate for you. Regardless of your current fitness level you will see steady improvement with practice!
- ***ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE***Stress-Busting Relaxation, Wednesday 1.00pm (30 mins) – experience a deep sense of calm relaxation, and oasis in the middle of the working week where you can recharge your whole mind and body. No experience is necessary and this meditation is done lying down, all you have to do is get comfortable and follow the instructions. The US Army are using a variation of this ancient “Nidra” technique to help military veterans deal with PTSD, so if you feel like your in the middle of a war-zone at times this can help! ***ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE***
The above Pilates & Yoga & Meditation classes are FREE for tenants at No.1 Old Hall Street – just turn up & sign in as a tenant before class starts.
To find the class ask the friendly reception staff where to go – if you have your own mat please bring it (or borrow one of ours), bring a bottle of water and wear anything you can move comfortably in!
Non-tenants are welcome to book & pay via the links on the timetable below (tenants don’t need to) – please note that the Stress-Busting Relaxation class is only open to tenants/CPS.
Classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners – please discuss any medical conditions/injuries with the teacher prior to class or contact us to discuss. Classes are NOT suitable if you are pregnant. If in doubt consult your Doctor and use caution.
