Thanks to the landlord, Downing, we are very excited to be back with onsite classes at No.1 Old Hall Street in Liverpool – now on the 3rd floor, door on the right as you exit the lift!

  • Tuesdays at 12.05pm (40 mins) Hatha Yoga (all levels, including beginners) w/ Emma Davidson. Give yourself a lunchtime lift and feel healthy & energised with this friendly & welcoming class! There will be a short warm up followed by a series of guided postures (clear and full instructions will be provided for all levels, including any novices!) that will give your whole body a workout, and leave your mind feeling refreshed & relaxed after a short relaxation.

Thanks to your rather marvellous landlord, tenants in No.1 Old Hall Street and all their staff can access our onsite & online classes for FREE! You can drop in to onsite classes without reserving your place but we recommend booking in advance, signing up is easy – just email [email protected]!

Don’t work in No.1 Old Hall Street?

You are still welcome to come and enjoy our classes but will need to pay (£7.50 for a single class)

What you need to know

  • Please arrive on time, changed & ready to practice
  • Bring your own mat, or borrow one of the communal ones provided
  • Wear anything you can move comfortably in
  • Group classes are not suitable for everybody – some conditions require specialist modifications, understanding & training – for example these classes are NOT suitable if you are pregnant. You MUST discuss any medical condition, illness and/or injury with us & your teacher prior to class – before class starts ask the teacher about the private chat option. If in doubt use caution and seek advice from your GP.

Coming from another building?

Book & pay in advance by emailing [email protected]. When you arrive please use the Old Hall Street entrance (next to Pret, opposite Moorfields station) and ask the friendly reception staff which floor the class is on when you arrive.

How to Access Online Classes

To access all our online classes simply email [email protected] and we’ll send you a secret link with a wide range of class recordings that you can access whenever & wherever suits you!

– Find a space you can practice & roll out your yoga mat, blanket or rug – it’s useful to have a block or cushions handy (beginners & anybody who has had back/knee problems should sit on these for all seated postures).

– Balance your laptop, tablet, phone or TV where you can see it

– Just do what you can as gently as you like – if anything doesn’t feel right just miss it out!
