- Yoga, Tuesday 12.05pm (45 mins) – energise your whole day and feel fantastic – no afternoon-slump for you! There will be a short warm up followed by a series of guided postures (clear and full instructions will be provided for all levels) that will work your whole body and leave you feeling refreshed & relaxed after a short relaxation.
- Pilates, Wednesday 12.30pm (45 mins) – Learn how to use controlled, flowing exercises & breathe awareness to develop a strong core, good posture & spine/joint alignment. You’ll be encouraged to workout as hard or as gently as you feel is appropriate for you. Regardless of your current fitness level you will see steady improvement with practice!
Pilates & Yoga classes are FREE for tenants at No.1 Old Hall Street – tenants email [email protected] to reserve your place, or just turn up & register with the teacher before class starts.
