Urban Splash tenants enjoy “flexible” working with YinYan!

We are delighted to announce our latest landlord partnership with the award winning property company, Urban Splash, with beginner-friendly yoga & pilates classes for people working in the Vanilla Factory and Tea Factory buildings in Liverpool’s Ropewalks.

Part of Urban Splash’s ongoing commitment to creating great workspaces and environments for businesses, the classes promote wellbeing within the workplace and help occupiers stay happy, healthy & productive – so important as the Department for Work & Pensions report that the most common physical problems at work are back, neck and shoulder pain – coupled with mental health problems associated with anxiety, depression and stress.

Robin Ellis, who founded YinYan, said “We love working with landlords like Urban Splash who understand that a building full of happy tenants depends on people thriving and loving where they work. Things like yoga and meditation are no longer the preserve of hippies, normal people & businesses know the benefits are real and want a piece of it – but people can’t find the time and tenants don’t have space for our classes. This is the opportunity for landlords and we help them get maximum benefit with minimum hassle.”

Pilates & Yoga classes in inspiring places

Working with leading landlords in outstanding properties

The new classes are available to everyone working in the buildings, with a free initial class and follow up sessions subsidised by Urban Splash. Director Emily Handslip explains: “We’re very involved in our portfolio and in the culture and environments in each of our workspaces, that’s why we invest in activities such as these, which not only promote health and wellbeing, but also help foster a great sense of communities within out buildings. We are delighted with the take-up so far and encourage everyone in the spaces to come along for a go.”

For info please visit:   Classes will run each week with Yoga sessions every Monday and Pilates on Thursdays; the classes are held at lunchtime to boost productivity and energy levels.

YinYan specialise in helping landlords put vacant spaces to good use until long term tenants are found. Since starting in 2015 they have provided thousands of classes in dozens of properties across the UK from Liverpool to London, and Bracknell to Birmingham.

Please contact us if you have any questions and/or are interested in bringing YinYan to your property – and fear not, if you don’t work in an Urban Splash building we’ve got all these other friendly & convenient yoga & pilates classes in Liverpool for you!
