Deep Relaxation meditation for deep relaxation (30 mins)

Yoga Nidra meditation for deep relaxation (with light visualisation) – can be done before sleep or during the day for a top 30 minute power nap – can give the same mental & physical benefits as several hours sleep.

Loosen tight clothing and lie on your bed or wherever you are comfortable and will not be disturbed – with a blanket if necessary as your body temperature will drop slightly. Lie on your back in your most comfortable position – if necessary place a pillow under your knees and/or a small cushion under your head.

Take your time to get comfortable and then press play.
