Here you can find lots of different ways to feel good, with sessions arranged under the following headings – just scroll down and pick one that takes your fancy!

  • Vinyasa Yoga where you flow through postures & sequences (60 mins)

Back to Basics Yoga (Hatha)

Back to Basics Yoga classes are in the Hatha style, where some force & effort is required – a great all round class suitable for all levels, just do as little/much as feels right for you.

Yin Yoga (Relaxing)

Yin Yoga can help you to mentally & physically unwind with more passive, relaxing asanas/postures (as opposed to higher energy or ‘yang’ practice) – designed to stimulate the parts of your body, particularly the nervous system, which promote relaxation and calm. ‘Yin’ postures are usually low to the ground (seated/lying down) and involve deep stretches where the aim is to let go – it’s not necessarily easy as many people find it hard to slow down and switch off, but it is VERY rewarding & relaxing!

Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga

I would definitely recommend it. You go at you own pace and there are always options for everyone, no matter what level you are. You only have to try it once!
