Stretches for runners, cyclists and everybody lucky enough to have legs!

Take 5 minutes to go through these basic yoga stretches for your legs – great for runners & cyclists. Warm up and down with these for happy hamstrings, calves, achilles and feet!

Approach these stretches very gently and be mindful of any injuries or niggles – for maximum benefit go very slowly and gently, pause the video and hold for longer, stopping to enjoy when you feel a good stretch!
