YinYan launches new pilates, yoga & stress-busting meditation at tempest

From next week there will be 3 classes a week at Tempest (Tithebarn Street) – there are 10 mats available for tenants in the building to attend the classes for free, plus a further 10 mats people from outside the building can book so they can experience these fantastic classes in this super-cool office for themselves:

Mondays 12.10pm (45 mins) w/ Marketa Manhart

Pilates Lunchtime Express
A hands-on, mat-based Pilates class to get your body working as it should be – you’ll use muscles you forgot you had as you develop a strong core, an amazing posture and a toned waistline!

Tuesdays 8.00am (45 mins) w/ Robin Ellis (main picture)

Energise your whole day with yoga in Launch22’s 6th floor space (or roof garden in warm weather) with views across the city, afterwards you’ll feel amazing and ready to take on the world!

Wednesdays 12.10pm (45 mins) w/ Paul Wooding

Stress-Busting Guided Meditation
Guided ‘yoga nidra’ meditations to release your inner guru and leave you with an incredible sense of calm & clarity. This ancient technique is so effective it’s been adapted by the US Army to help troops deal with the stress of life in a warzone.

You can wear anything you are comfortable moving in (normal work cloths for meditation), just bring a bottle of water! Classes are free for tenants in the building, and just ยฃ5 including mat hire (ยฃ4 bring your own mat) for people from outside.

I would definitely recommend it. You go at you own pace and there are always options for everyone, no matter what level you are. You only have to try it once!
