Make time for your classes to gift yourself a happier Christmas

The YinYan Christmas timetable is now online – there are no onsite classes until January, and very few live online classes as all our hard working teachers take some well deserved time off – but we’ve still got your back with over 30 on demand classes from your favourite teachers so you can enjoy whatever class you want, whenever & wherever suits you…we’ve got lots of Relaxing Yin Yoga, Back to Basics/General Hatha Yoga, Core Power Workout, Pilates & Meditations to choose from – book via the classes page on our website and we’ll text you a link.

There are also lots of Mindfulness videos on our facebook page, so if you need 15 minutes for yourself at any point get yourself over there and let our Sión help you try and make everything feel a bit better. All these on demand classes are free until January 4th – until then wishing everybody healthy & happy holidays!

And in the meantime if you want to dream of warm & wonderful days ahead check out our 2022 Summer of Wellness Retreat weekends in the Lake District basically guaranteed to put a big smile on anyone’s face!

In the run-up to Christmas we find our to-do lists bloated with added chores: present shopping, card writing, preparing to travel or receive guests. We are bombarded with adverts and social media telling us what to spend our money on to ‘get into the Christmas spirit – don’t be a scrooge’.  The stress that can come with Christmas meet-ups and parties (or lack of this year) along with all our normal commitments and the natural dip in our energy levels at this time of year can make it more important than ever that you make time for your classes. Here at YinYan we find that when we make time for classes we actually have more time and energy for all our other commitments, not less!

‘You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day. Unless you’re too busy, then you should sit in meditation for an hour.’ – Zen saying

Yoga can provide a nurturing space and quiet time to stop for a moment, relax and reflect upon your commitments and priorities, whilst also connecting with your body and breath. Stress is a part of our human nature, but it can very easily spiral out of control and Yoga is fantastic to maintain a healthy balance. YinYan offer both in person classes and online classes which you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home. We also have on demand classes which you can enjoy at a time convenient for you. Our friendly and professional teachers will support you in your practice whether you are new to yoga or more experienced.

Beat the festive blues with our friendly & welcoming classes!

Don’t miss your Yoga & Pilates classes Santa – we need you firing on all cylinders!
