We are thrilled to be back at 11 Brindleyplace with 30 minute guided Stress-Busting Meditation & Breathwork sessions every week.Beginner-friendly ways to look after your body and mind – from 16th May 2025:

  • Tuesdays 12.30pm (30 mins) – 5th floor, 11 Brindleyplace
  • Come as you are – no need to get changed & no experience necessary
  • Simple, effective way to feel calm, focused & in control – includes techniques that you can use anywhere, even at your desk!
  • Mats & blocks are provided so there is plenty of space for you to turn up, lie down, recharge & relax.

Meet Your Teacher – Nilda Eping

Nilda supports businesses & individuals to improve wellbeing & performance, prevent burnout, boost productivity, manage stress & eat better. Her sessions are tailored for workplaces, always friendly & accessible for all, drawing on 10 years of experience & qualifications in yoga, mindfulness, nutrition & coaching. She shares YinYan’s passion for holistic wellbeing, giving people just like you the tools to enjoy a healthy & fulfilled life.

Online classes on demand

We are a non-profit Community Interest Company and our mission is to help as many people as possible to feel as good as possible – so if you can’t make it to a session in person we have a range of on demand classes anyone can access online. Contact us using the form below or email [email protected], and we’ll send you a secret link with access to classes by our wonderful network of teachers – including Relaxing (Yin) Yoga , Back to Basics (Hatha) Yoga, Flow (Vinyasa) Yoga, Pilates, Core Power Workouts, plus some Guided Meditations & Chair Yoga.

 

I would definitely recommend it. You go at you own pace and there are always options for everyone, no matter what level you are. You only have to try it once!
